JOURNEY TOWARDS EXCELLENCE
Karimganj Markaz Academy, founded in 2021 by Nizam Uddin, Taher Ahmed, and Zakir Hussain, stands as a prominent institution of learning in Kanishail. Operating under the guidance of Markazul Maarif (NGO) Hojai and run by Markazul Taalim (NGO), Karimganj, the academy began its educational journey with a modest yet hopeful cohort of 120 students, enrolled in classes ranging from nursery to class VIII. Despite its humble beginnings, the academy has experienced remarkable growth. As of the 2024-2025 academic session, it has expanded its student body to 356 students, covering nursery to class XI.
The academy’s journey has been marked by numerous achievements and milestones. One of the most notable accomplishments is the stellar performance of its first batch of students in the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) examinations for the 2024-2025 academic year. Alhamdulillah, all 14 students who appeared for the exam successfully passed, a testament to the institution’s commitment to academic excellence. The students collectively secured an impressive 17 letter marks, 1 distinction, 9 first divisions, and 5 second divisions. By the grace of Allah, there were no third divisions or failures, further affirming the academy's dedication to providing quality education and a nurturing learning environment.
As the academy continues to grow, there is a collective vision and aspiration that it will one day evolve into a distinguished degree college, offering opportunities for higher education to students in the region. With its strong foundation and forward-thinking approach, Karimganj Markaz Academy is well on its way to becoming a beacon of educational excellence. The academy's growth reflects not only academic progress but also the potential to contribute significantly to the community's educational landscape, offering students a bright and promising future.
